We work with schools a lot, and we keep it workable on a student-council budget: schools get 20% off the subtotal. No weekend surcharges either — your Saturday homecoming costs the same as a Tuesday event. What we quote is what you pay.

We arrive an hour before the dance starts, setup takes about 30 minutes, and breakdown happens after — all included in the price. No Wi-Fi needed; the booths run on built-in T-Mobile coverage, so digital sharing works even in the middle of a concrete gym.

Templates in Your School Colors

Every print that goes home carries your school on it. With Guac, a from-scratch custom template is standard — mascot, “HOCO 2026,” whatever the theme committee dreamed up. With Salsa, we customize one of our standard templates to your school colors at no extra cost, or design one fully from scratch for $50. Either way, you approve the design before the dance. When to Book for Homecoming

Here’s the catch with homecoming: every school in the valley schedules it within the same three or four Saturdays. When one of those dates fills, it fills for everyone. If your dance is in September or October, aim to book by early August.

A 50% deposit locks your date, with the balance due 30 days before the dance. And when winter formal, Sweethearts, and prom roll around — same booths, same discount.
